Dear Friends,

          The purpose of starting this blog is to help the aspirants of CBSE-UGC examination for the post of English Lecturer at Indian Universities. Before starting this venture, I would like to introduce myself to you. I am Ravinder.
For the last 12 years, I have been teaching English Literature at different universities abroad. I rendered my services at Ministries of Higher Education of Middle-East countries especially Libya, Saudi Arabia and Oman. I visited more than 12 countries on different educational purposes. Harvard University has been visited recently as a scholar in the year 2015. I am an active researcher and associated with Central University of Haryana, India. My research topic is “Loss & Gain in Translation : A Stylistic Study of Sadaat Hasan Manto’s Short Stories” under the dynamic and spiritual blessings of Dr Bir Singh ji.

          This blog is dedicated to the students of English Literature, English Language and Linguistics. I am sharing my experiences what I earned abroad as a teacher.
I hope this venture of mine , would facilitate to the students , researcher and the people those who have a natural blend towards Literature as “bio-scope” to view the people around.

Each life that comes on this earth is filled with many adventures , me –as a soul- experiences different ups and downs in the life that also be a part of this blog as an inspiration to the young ones. Though I am not claiming , myself-as a man of extra-ordinary achievements , but I am pretty sure , story of mine will definitely aspire many youths. The glimpse of this life story starts from the passing of my Haryana Civil Services in the year 2004 and was selected as DySP in the Government of Haryana and how I couldn’t join this post in the same year. This blog will also highlight the journey of a teacher who spent 12 years abroad in “Exile”.
I hope , this blog will help many people an many ways.

Conquering, the height of the hill fills heart with proud and joy that makes life more meaningful. Beautifully, the Mother Nature is embracing her son with utmost care and love that can also be seen in the motherly look of such a mountainous escarpment. Though , the fortune blesses silently to individual , but , fewer does feel and receive the gift so gracefully.  It is true that achieving a goal, such as conquering the height of a hill, can bring a sense of pride and joy to one's heart, making life feel more meaningful. And when we look at the majestic beauty of the natural world, such as a mountainous escarpment, it is easy to see the care and love that Mother Nature has for her creations.
